Terms of Service

Effective: 18 June 2026 · theloot.live

1. Acceptance

By adding The Loot (the “Bot”) to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. The Service

The Loot is a Discord bot that posts announcements about video games that become temporarily free on third-party storefronts (such as Steam, the Epic Games Store and GOG). It is provided free of charge. Only a server member with the Manage Server permission can configure it.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Third-Party Content

Game data is provided by GamerPower.com and the Epic Games Store. The Loot is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord, any storefront, publisher, or “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners”. Announcements link to third-party websites we do not control; offers and prices may change or expire at any time.

5. Availability & “As Is”

The Bot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee of uptime, the accuracy or completeness of any listing, or that a listed offer is still valid when you click it.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot and its operators disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may restrict or terminate access for any server that abuses the Bot or violates these Terms.
